Situation

• Our client had developed a new technology, that it hoped would help it save money. Unfortunately, the
  client was missing a critical piece of data. Without this critical data, the entire process was dead on
  arrival: the technology was worthless. Additionally, the client was unsure how to identify the correct
  customers to target with the new process.

Solution

• Patrick Solutions created an solution by compiling third-party data sources. That third-party data was
  the critical information needed to make the process work. Patrick Solutions integrated this new data
  into the client’s data warehouse, then built an automated process for identifying and prioritizing the
  correct customers to target.

Results

• The process worked perfectly. In the first year, the client saved over $2 billion dollars. After extending
  the program to all parts of the company, the process would go on to save the company $40 billion dollars.
